IAM Engineer (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Operate and further develop our IAM landscape (Azure AD / Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM), including the integration of cloud and SaaS applications into our IAM environment
- Implement and automate identity lifecycle processes (joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, least privilege)
- Support audits, compliance assessments, and security reviews (ISO 27001, NIS2, GDPR)
- Troubleshoot identity-related incidents and support end-users with access topics
- Support broader Cybersecurity initiatives when needed (e.g. incident response, reviews, or cross-team projects)
Qualifikationen:
- Several years of hands-on experience in IAM and identity security
- Strong knowledge of identity protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos, LDAP)
- Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration
- Understanding of compliance requirements and IT security frameworks
- Independent, structured, and security-focused way of working, paired with strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
